I’m glad you’re here
If you have been pushing through tiredness
Holding space for everyone else
Postponing rest
Running on empty
Cultivate a vibe of grounded self-care
It wasn’t because I got softer, just got little bit clearer. Forcing routines didn’t stick. I stopped treating self-care like something extra. Also stopped saving it for days off, or vacations, and after everything else was done.
I needed something I could come back to on regular days
Something that could live inside my real life.
That’s when I realized self-love & self-care isn’t a mood
Rest. Slowing down. Breathing. Eating better. Boundaries.
The problem isn’t knowledge. It’s timing. Running on empty becomes a habit.........So tired becomes normal.
So they wait. They push through. They tell themselves later to self-care. Later doesn’t come.
Sometimes we just need a way to come back to self-care that fits real life.
