At some point, my tolerance for chaos dropped.

It wasn’t because I got softer, just got little bit clearer. Forcing routines didn’t stick. I stopped treating self-care like something extra. Also stopped saving it for days off, or vacations, and after everything else was done.

I needed something I could come back to on regular days

Many years of working with bodies, healing spaces,and real people.

In treatment rooms, I learned quickly that most women already know what helps them.

Rest. Slowing down. Breathing. Eating better. Boundaries.

The problem isn’t knowledge. It’s timing. Running on empty becomes a habit.........So tired becomes normal.
