S · E · L · F · → L · U · V™ Recalibration

SELF → LUV™ is a daily practice of moving through your life with intention.

Small moments. Morning and night.

A steady way to recalibrate, ground, and care for yourself as you go.

I’m glad you’re here

If you have been pushing through tiredness

Holding space for everyone else

Postponing rest

Running on empty

This space is for you

Cultivate a vibe of grounded self-care

A daily practice designed to help you create room for the version of you ,You did not know yet.

At some point, my tolerance for chaos dropped. Just by listening to what my body, energy, and life were asking for

It wasn’t because I got softer, just got little bit clearer. Forcing routines didn’t stick. I stopped treating self-care like something extra. Also stopped saving it for days off, or vacations, and after everything else was done.

I needed something I could come back to on regular days

busy days

messy days

I needed something steady.

Something that could live inside my real life.

Many years of working with bodies, healing spaces with people

In treatment rooms, I learned quickly that most women already know what helps them.

Rest. Slowing down. Breathing. Eating better. Boundaries.

The problem isn’t knowledge. It’s timing. Running on empty becomes a habit.........So tired becomes normal.

So they wait. They push through. They tell themselves later to self-care. Later doesn’t come.

Sometimes we just need a way to come back to self-care that fits real life.

SELF is awareness of your body

Playlist- Danielle

“The playlist helped me slow down without trying to fix anything. I didn’t realize how tense I was until my body started to settle just by listening.”

Moving Through Energy - Alicia

“I didn’t move through the days the same way. Some days I had energy, some days I didn’t. The practice met me where I was instead of asking more from me.”

Overall Practice - Lourdes

“This didn’t feel like a challenge. It felt like giving myself permission to pause and come back to myself.”
